Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The Pasir Panjang Road property covers 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the team obtained the building uninhabited.

Coliwoo has recently opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living subsidiary within the real estate management solutions team LHN Group, told in its announcement last September that it had gotten the Pasir Panjang estate for $30 million.

The brand-new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and roughly 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for ease of access, it is a short trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD using Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The area even provides closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

Chong Ching Yeng, primary commercial specialist of Coliwoo, says that the brand is delighted to expand its co-living profile within the city fringe complying with the launching of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the need among students and working professionals for long-lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and ease of access free from compromising on quality, particularly through its top location in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”

The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with maritime motifs, integrating light grey tones and vivid aquatic blue color choice to reflect the coastal connections of the area. All bedrooms are self-contained studio units with assistance services, including a self-service mobile application, an onsite attendant and housekeeping services.
